Global Safety Day 2026

On the 7th of May at APM Terminals Maasvlakte II, we were celebrating our shared commitment to safety during Global Safety Day 2026.

This year’s global theme, “We are Safer Together,” reminded us that every action, every decision, and every day begins with safety. 🦺⚠️ Many colleagues and customers participated in various workshops, including an ATT workshop in collaboration with APMT, an AGV tire-changing workshop, and a traffic safety workshop.

At MVII, we do this by:
✅ Consciously considering risks for every task
✅ Holding each other accountable, helping, and protecting one another
✅ Embedding safety in everything we do, from the dock to the office
✅ Demonstrating leadership by setting a good example

Safety isn’t a snapshot in time, but a mindset. This is how we ensure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day. Thank you to all our colleagues for your ongoing dedication, vigilance, and commitment. Together, we make safety not just a priority, but a habit. 💙
